Personal Information
Name, email address, phone number (optional), billing and shipping addresses, and limited payment details handled by our PCI-compliant payment processors (we do not store full card numbers).

Order Information
Products purchased, cart contents, custom design requirements, communications, and order metadata (dates, totals, status, tracking numbers).

Technical Information
Cookies and similar technologies may collect pages viewed, time on page, referring URLs, browser and operating system, device type, screen settings, language, and approximate location inferred from IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.

Analytics & Advertising (Google Analytics 4, Google signals)

We use analytics and advertising tools—including Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and the Google tag—to understand site usage, improve our products, and measure marketing performance. These tools use cookies or similar technologies to collect the Technical Information described above. We receive aggregated reports and do not use GA4 to collect sensitive categories of data.
 

Google signals (ads personalization & cross-device)

When enabled, Google signals allows Google to associate visit data with Google accounts of signed-in users who have consented to ads personalization. This provides aggregated insights (e.g., demographics, interests, cross-device reporting) and helps us reach audiences with more relevant ads. We do not receive personal Google account data.

User-ID (cross-device measurement)

If you create an account or log in, we may assign a pseudonymous User-ID so sessions from different browsers/devices can be linked as one user journey in analytics. We do not send names, emails, or other direct identifiers to Google Analytics.

User-provided data (for measurement/attribution)

With your consent where required, we may use user-provided data (e.g., email or phone submitted at checkout or in forms) for measurement and attribution. This data may be hashed and shared with our measurement/ads partners (e.g., Google) to attribute conversions, reduce duplicates, and prevent fraud. We do not sell this information.

• Analytics opt-out: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

• Cookie preferences: use our site’s cookie banner/settings to control analytics/marketing cookies; our tools honor your choices.

Data Retention

We retain customer and order records only as long as necessary for business, tax, and legal compliance, then securely delete or anonymize them. Analytics event data is retained per our tool settings (typically 2–14 months in GA4) unless a longer period is legally required.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• California (CPRA): if we engage in cross-context behavioral advertising, you may use our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link (in the footer) to opt out. We do not knowingly sell personal information as defined by CPRA.

Children’s Privacy

Our products are intended for hobbyists and collectors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International Users

Our site is operated in the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
