A to Z 3D Printing offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible products purchased directly from us.
This policy applies in addition to any rights you may have under applicable law.

Eligibility
Request your return within 30 days of delivery by contacting us with your order number and reason for return. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Paint kits/consumables must be unopened and unused.
Custom-made items (based on Client-provided designs or specifications) are not refundable except for defects or damage upon arrival.

Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days with photos. We will work with you on
replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Return Process
Email support@atoz3dprinting.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return authorization.
Once approved, ship the item to the address we provide. Unless the item was defective/damaged, return
shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
After we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within
7–10 business days.

Exchanges
Where feasible, we may offer exchanges for the same item or a similar item of equal value.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, downloadable files, and items marked final sale are non-returnable.
