Overview

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern all sales and services provided by A to Z 3D Printing. By
placing an order or submitting a custom request, you agree to these Terms.

Products & Services

We specialize in resin and filament 3D-printed items including (but not limited to) miniatures, busts, figurines,
themed kits (with paints), seasonal bundles, and chess sets.
Lead times and delivery estimates vary by complexity and production queue; estimates are not guarantees.

Client-Provided Source Material & IP Responsibility

Clients may provide images, logos, models, sketches, or other source materials for custom prints. The Client
is solely responsible for ensuring all provided materials are original or properly licensed.
By submitting source material, the Client represents and warrants that the material does not infringe any
copyright, trademark, patent, publicity, or other rights.
The Company is not liable for the legality, originality, or ownership of Client-provided materials.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that, in our judgment, may violate intellectual property
rights, applicable laws, or our content standards.

Design & Production

We may make minor technical adjustments necessary for printability (e.g., supports, wall thickness, scaling
within Client-approved bounds).
Final color/finish may vary slightly due to material batches and manufacturing tolerances.

Safety & Use
Our products are primarily for hobby/display use and may include small parts. They are not toys and may
pose a choking hazard for children.
Some items may include paints or solvents; follow all included safety instructions.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to the Client upon carrier pickup. We are not responsible for delays or damage
caused by the carrier, weather, or factors beyond our control.

Payments & Taxes

Prices are listed before applicable taxes and shipping. You authorize charges to your chosen payment
method at checkout.

Limited Warranty; Limitation of Liability

We warrant that items will materially match the description at the time of shipment. Your sole remedy for
defective items is as described in our Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages, or for claims arising out of Client-provided source materials.

Refusal of Service

We may refuse or cancel orders that are unlawful, infringing, unsafe, or inconsistent with our brand
standards.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Any disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, where permitted.
